Central Hotel-Apart Munich is located in the Berg am Laim district in a very quiet area east of Munich’s city centre, with convenient access to transportation.
The ‘Mittlerer Ring’ provides fast access to all the motorways.

By using local transportation located in the immediate vicinity - underground (U2 ‘Josephsburg’), Tram (Tram line 19 ‘Baumkirchnerstraße’), urban railway - you can reach the city centre in approximately 15 minutes and the exhibition centre in approximately 6 minutes.

Directions to the Hotel

By car

No matter from which motorway you are coming, due to the good connection to Munich’s „Mittlerer Ring“ you will reach Central Hotel-Apart Munich quick and easy.
Please follow the signs to „Mittlerer Ring“ and drive in direction to „Messe/ICM“ as well as „München Ost“. Take the Exit „Berg am Laim“ and leave the „Mittlerer Ring“. Please drive down the street named „Berg-am-Laim Straße“ in direction to „Messe/ICM“. After a few minutes you will come to „Baumkirchner Straße“, please turn into that street, which will end at a crossing (Baumkirchner Straße and Josephsburgstrasse). Now you will see the Hotel on the left side.

By railway

You can reach the Central Hotel-Apart Munich from Munich Central Station directly by underground line U2 in direction „Messestadt Ost“ to the station „Josephsburg“. From the underground station you can reach us within 2 minutes walking (approx. 150m).

In case you are arriving at Munich Ostbahnhof you can take the Tram line 19 in direction „St.-Veit-Straße“ to the station „Baumkirchner Straße“. You will reach the Central Hotel-Apart by approx. 100 meters walk along Baumkirchner Straße.

By airplane - Airport FJS Munich

• You could take the suburban train S1 to Munich Central Station. At Central Station please change into the underground line U2 in direction to „Messestadt Ost“ and take this train to the station „Josephsburg“. The hotel is approx. 150 meters away from this station.
• You could also take the suburban train line S8 to „Ostbahnhof“ (Munich east station) and change here into the Tram line 19 in direction „St.-Veit-Straße“. Please take the Tram 4 stations to the stop „Baumkirchner Straße“. You can reach the hotel by walking along Baumkirchner Straße (distance approx. 100m)
